How does an online class work?
When you enroll online for one of our classes, payment is made via credit/debit card or Paypal. Once payment is received, you will receive instant access the to class content. Each class has detailed information that will guide you through the steps required for completing the class readings, activities and assignments. Once you satisfactorily complete all of the course work and required assignments, we will review your work within two weeks and issue you a certificate. There are some cases where a student may not have grasped the course objectives. In these instances, the student will be asked to review the class materials, and then re-submit some or all of the course assignments.
How long will the class take me to complete?
The number of clock hours associated with each class is the approximate number of hours it will take to complete the reading material and assignments. The hours to actually complete the class depends on reading ability and how long it takes to complete the assignments.
Do I have to complete all of the class hours in one sitting?
No, Our classes are designed to be self-study. You can complete the class on your terms and break it up into small sections of time. Once your enroll and access to the class is granted, you will be able to log in and out as many times as you like on your schedule.
Will these classes count as training for my CDA?
Our classes meet the educational requirement of 120 clock hours required for the CDA, Child Development Associate. The CDA is granted by the Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition. If you need more information about the CDA Credential, please contact them.
Is a computer required and do I need to know how to use it in order to take this class?
Yes, basic computer knowledge is a requirement to complete all the online classes through our company. Students must know how to use a word processor, submit an email, save a document and basic uploading skills.
What are the technical requirements of the class?
Students must have access to a computer with the Internet and have a valid email address. Most of our classes contain YouTube videos and PDF files to view, so students must be able to watch YouTube videos and open PDF Files in order to complete the class.

Okay, I have enrolled. When will I receive class information to start the training?
Once payment information is accepted and confirmed, you will receive the information to access the class. We will send you two email notices to the email address listed under the billing information or Paypal account. One is Purchase Receipt, and the second is an email with information giving you step by step instructions on how to access the class. Check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see the emails. If you are purchase your class by mail, fax, or phone, we will email you when we receive successful payment for the class.
How long does it take before I receive class information?
As soon as you complete payment information, you will receive the information to access the class. Two emails will also be sent to the email address listed under the billing information or Paypal account – an email with your Purchase Receipt, and an email with information to access the class. (Be sure to check spam or junk folders if you don’t see the emails). If you are purchase your class by mail, fax, or phone, we will email you when we receive payment.
This is not for me. How do I get a refund for a class?
If you are unable to use our classes or are unsatisfied, you may request a refund using our Refund Request Form. Refunds are only issues if you have not submitted any work to be graded. We will grant refunds meeting the criteria listed above as long as the request for refund is made 90 days from the date the payment for the course was processed. Funds will be returned to you using the same method of payment that you paid with. Refunds for payments 60-90 days will be issued by check. If you wish to request a refund, please fill out our Refund Request Form. Once the request for a refund is received by our office, refunds may take up to 3 business days to be processed
